Tara LeFevre

Tara LeFevre holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from WPI in Worcester, MA and started her career as a wide area network specialist in the data communications industry. She became a Systems Engineer and T-1 Specialist for the Northeast concentrating in the Banking industry in Manhattan. She then made a natural progression into sales before ending that career to pursue her long time dream of being a full time mom. “One day several years later I received a phone call out of the blue from an old client who wanted me to design a new network for their company. My husband encouraged me and convinced me that with our backgrounds we could start a business of our own and that was the beginning of JTL. We went from that business into executive search due to our clients needs to find good people to employ. Today, 13 years later business has never been so exciting”.

Tara recently relocated with her family from CT to NC and looks forward to continuing her many wonderful relationships in CT while developing new ones in NC.

Tara primarily focuses in the IT, Engineering and Accounting verticals. “I utilize a consultative approach to the executive search process. I truly strive to understand what my client or candidate’s look for, and I work hard to make a great match”.

Nick LeFevre

Nick is a soon-to-be graduate in Communication from North Carolina State University in December 2016. Nick is working full time his last semester with JTL Services, Inc. He is focusing on Full life cycle recruiting/sales for various skill sets, clients throughout the United States, ranging from lower level positions to executive levels. He regularly meets with executive level managers virtually and in-person to discuss requisitions and requirements. He has consistently demonstrated the ability to find, search, and place qualified professionals that meet client needs. He also sources and makes cold calls to potential candidates using various social media platforms (LinkedIn, Monster, Facebook, Indeed, etc.).
