POSITION DESCRIPTION
Our client’s Hospitalists work fourteen 12-hour shifts per month. Shifts can vary from month to month, but all efforts are applied to meet the scheduling needs of all staff Hospitalists.
The Hospitalists are Board-certified Internal Medicine physicians who also have an option to work in the ICU. (Rare exceptions may be made for exceptional candidates with Hospitalist experience and Board-certification in Family Practice.)
At present, each Hospitalist sees approximately 15 patients per day. As the Hospitalist team grows, Physician to Patient ratio will decrease to roughly 13 patients per day.

NEW POSITIONS - New Position - Pain Center Clinical Manager - Charlotte, NC Area

Responsible and accountable for the coordination of patient care in the Pain Center to ensure quality patient care.
Also responsible for supervision of nursing staff and medical assistants in the center.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
• Assesses and evaluates patients’ needs to plan for and implement supportive nursing care before, during and after procedures.

Responsibilities
